Payment Policy

Payment is required in full at checkout. All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable 

We currently accept secure payments through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards), Klarna and PayPal. Your order will processed once payment has been successfully completed.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method. Customers agree to contact Hippocreta to resolve any payment-related issues before initiating a dispute or chargebacks, as we are happy to assist and find a solution.
