Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the order is received.

Conditions for an Accepted Return

  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons products must be sealed, unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (e.g. product is defective or incorrect) We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customer decision (e.g. change of mind) You are responsible for return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for return
  3.  Photos, if applicable
  • We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
  • Carefully package and send the product(s) to the address provided.

Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions.

Eligible for Refund:

  • Returned items approved upon inspection.
  • Items that arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, and reported within 14 days.
  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to stock or supplier issues.

In the case of damaged or incorrect items, you may choose between

  • A replacement, or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on issue severity and product availability.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Products with broken seal, used or opened 
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Returns outside the 14-day window or in non-resalable condition
  • Orders returned due to delivery failure (e.g. incorrect address, no recipient)

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method (e.g. card, PayPal)
  • Please allow 6–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider

Failed Deliveries & Reshipments

  • If your order is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g. recipient not available, incorrect address):
    • A refund is not guaranteed
    • For reshipments, shipping cost shall be paid by the customer unless otherwise specified 

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been dispatched. In this case, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
